Baltic Storm is a two-day geopolitical crisis simulation, placing participants inside a near-future Russia-NATO confrontation over Latvia. As senior national-level decision-makers, you'll navigate a scenario where the alliance's eastern flank is under pressure, and every move carries consequences — diplomatic, economic, informational, and military. There are no scripted outcomes. What your team decides directly shapes what the opposing team faces in the next round, and vice versa.
