Baltic Storm is a two-day geopolitical crisis simulation, placing participants inside a near-future Russia-NATO confrontation over Latvia. As senior national-level decision-makers, you'll navigate a scenario where the alliance's eastern flank is under pressure, and every move carries consequences — diplomatic, economic, informational, and military. There are no scripted outcomes. What your team decides directly shapes what the opposing team faces in the next round, and vice versa. The crisis evolves in real time, driven by the decisions in the room.
