Simulation Overview

Shattered Sky is an immersive, unscripted geopolitical simulation set in a near-future Indo-Pacific crisis. Participants step into senior decision-making roles as tensions escalate between major powers, regional allies, and emerging actors under the strain of military brinkmanship, alliance politics, information warfare, and economic disruption.

Unlike scripted tabletop exercises, Shattered Sky unfolds dynamically. Every decision participants make shapes the trajectory of the crisis, forcing real trade-offs between deterrence and escalation, speed and deliberation, national interests and coalition cohesion. The result is a realistic, high-pressure environment that mirrors how strategy, leadership, and judgment collide in the real world.

No prior wargaming experience is required. All participants receive preparatory materials and in-simulation guidance.
