Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires that cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 1 day before the start date will not be eligible for refunds, as well as for no-shows without prior notice. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days through the original payment method. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation. If the course is canceled by the provider, participants will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
